Some suppliers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we expect them to use applicable legal safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become customer bookings are normally kept for up to 12 months so we can respond, follow up and deal with related questions. If you become a customer, relevant service, payment and accounting records may be retained for longer where needed for legal, tax or business-record purposes.
